Spacious and comfortable duplex, located in a quiet area of Ericeira, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. It is a space designed for two people who want to stay for a while: whether to work remotely, rest, or simply live at the pace of the Atlantic.

The apartment is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is the living room, with plenty of natural light throughout the day, air conditioning, and a feature wall with artwork that gives the space character without making it feel heavy. The kitchen is practical, modern, and fully equipped for everyday use.

From this floor, there is access to a small, discreet and pleasant terrace, ideal for catching some sun or spending time at the end of the day.

On the upper floor, the double bedroom is calm and comfortable, with ample wardrobes that make longer stays easier. On this level, there is also a balcony with open views over the green hills and the sea, bringing in light and a sense of additional space.

The condominium offers a swimming pool for sunny days. The beach is less than five minutes away by car and is located far from the noise, offering a simple balance between proximity and tranquility.

Additional Costs
