Important notice: Please be aware that renovation works will be taking place in the building between June 8th and September 30th. As a result, some noise may occasionally occur during working hours.

Cleaning & Linen Services:
- A mandatory final cleaning fee of 220€ will be applied to all bookings.
- You have the option to choose a monthly cleaning service, which includes linens, for an extra 100€ per month.
- If you prefer to skip the monthly cleaning, a member of our team will need to conduct a bimonthly inspection of the property. Please note that linens are not included with this option.
- Linens can be added for an additional monthly fee.
