With 7 bedrooms and 3 shared bathrooms, it provides a balanced mix of privacy and shared space, ideal for students or professionals looking for a cozy home close to the riverfront.The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for daily life and bright common areas that create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Its convenient location ensures easy access to amenities, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket, 7 minutes from Alcântara-Mar train station, and a few steps from multiple bus and tram stops that connect directly to the city center.This apartment has not included for each room a set of bed linens and a pilow.
