Flat description:
7-bedroom flat on the 6th floor, featuring 2 WCs and an additional private bathroom for one room. The kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with a dryer and washing machine for your convenience. The building also has a lift for easy access.

Others:
-The room is only available for the months of May and June.
- The rent includes 35€ per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent.
- The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities.
- The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement.
- Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner.
- All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid.
- Check-in times during business hours are free, any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge.
- We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
- Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
