The house has 5 individual bedrooms. The smaller bathroom is shared by 2 people, while the larger bathroom is shared by 3.

There will also be a Labrador dog living in the house, so the house is not recommended for people with dog allergies or who are uncomfortable living with pets.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

We are looking for a quiet, tidy and organised student.

Utilities are paid separately.
The lease has a minimum duration of one year.
