The location ensures excellent access to all essentials, with a supermarket about 3 minutes away on foot, Alameda metro station around 4 minutes away, and several bus stops just a short walk from the door.This apartment has not included for each room a set of bed linens and a pilow. The bills are included up to 25 euros per person (per month). Cleaning fee of 35 euros per person (per month)
