Recently renovated bright apartment in the centre of Cascais. Living Room and dining room with balcony. Swimming pool, & nearby gym & hammock. 10-15 minute walk to the beach, train station, shops and restaurants. Open plan kitchen with view to the sea. Private parking under ground in boxed garage. A modern bathroom and guest toilet.

The Space
This is a bright and airy 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Cascais with great ocean views from all rooms. It has been newly renovated and decorated. It is a 200m walk to the nearest shops, and restaurants are plentiful within 150m. The local square, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks, sunset drinks or dinner as well as a variety of boutique shops, art gallery, hairdresser, etc. is just a 5 minute walk. The private condominium has its own private swimming pool, or the beach is less than 10 minutes, walking.

We offer a complementary meet and greet service until 8 pm.

Neighborhood
It is a 200m walk to the nearest shops, and restaurants are plentiful within 150m. The local square, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks, sunset drinks, or dinner as well as a variety of boutique shops, art gallery, hairdresser, etc. is just a 5-minute walk. The private condominium has its own private swimming pool, and the beach is less than 10 minutes, walking.

Other things to note
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.

If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.

Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20:00. Late check-in attracts a supplemental fee:
From 20:00 to 23:00 - €30.00
After 23:00 - €60.00
Tourist Tax:
Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals.
