✔️ YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:

⚠️ REQUIREMENTS:

+ Last Month Rent (paid at the check-in moment).

+ Cleaning Fee (€25, withdrawal of the security deposit amount, in the end of the stay).

+ Extra cost of 100€/month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 persons.

⌚️CHECK-IN TIME:

7 days a Week - from 8 am until 8 pm

� RENTAL CONDITIONS:

-There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
-For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document (Passport or EU ID Card) and fiscal number (if the tenant has one).
-The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
-The rent must be paid until the first day of the month.
-Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.
-Visitor(s).
