With 13 bedrooms and shared 4 bathrooms, it provides plenty of space and privacy for all residents, ideal for students, young professionals, or anyone looking to enjoy the authentic atmosphere of Lisbon while staying in a convenient and well-connected area.The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and bright common areas that receive plenty of natural light throughout the day. Its great location makes daily life easy and enjoyable, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket, 6 minutes from the Graça tram stop, and around 8 minutes from the Santa Apolónia train and metro stations, ensuring quick access to all parts of the city.This apartment includes a set of bed linen and a pillow for each bedroom. The cleaning fee is 35 euros per person (per month). Bills are included up to 25 euros per person (per month).
