Longer period: €20 per day.- Utilities: included up to €25 per tenant.- Cleaning: €35 per month.- Bedding: pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided.- Payment before check-in: first and last month, deposit and admin fee.- Check-ins: from Monday to Saturday from 4pm until 7:30pm. No check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays. Check-in is authorized only 24h after the payment is confirmed in our bank account and the contract is signed.
