Located on the second floor, it features 4 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms, providing a practical and pleasant living space in a highly sought-after area of the city.The apartment includes bright and inviting common areas that create a relaxed and homely environment. Everyday essentials are within easy reach, with a supermarket about 3 minutes away on foot, bus and tram stops within 5 minutes, and Rato or Avenida metro stations around 10 minutes away.This apartment has not included for each room a set of bed linens and a pilow. The bills are included up to 25 euros per person (per month). Cleaning fee of 35 euros per person (per month)
