This is the perfect place for those looking to work, live and explore the city at their own pace. Just around the corner, Jardim do Morro welcomes daily gatherings of digital nomads, musicians and travelers, all drawn to watch one of the most breathtaking sunsets over the Douro River and Portos historic skyline. Its a moment of pure beauty and its right outside your door.

The studio is cozy, modern and functional: a well-sized and comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette, work area, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher.

The water and power bills are included in the month ́s rent, up to 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also. The price includes, once per month, a complete cleaning of the apartment and laundry service.

There will be a contract, signed by both parts, with the details of the stay.
