Located on the 4th floor, the apartment works best for one person, and it can accommodate up to two. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are allowed with specific conditions.

Security / CCTV: For security reasons, the landlord may have a CCTV camera monitoring common areas (e.g., building entrance or shared spaces).

Occupancy & pricing: The advertised price is for 1 person. If you want to add an extra tenant, the cost is €90.00.

Check-in fees (per person): Check-in during weekday office hours is free, and fees apply outside those hours. Monday–Friday 09:00–17:29: free; 17:30–18:59: €25; 19:00–20:59: €35; and after 21:00: add €5 per hour. On Saturday, Sunday and holidays, fees are €40 (09:00–10:59), €45 (11:00–17:29), €50 (17:30–21:00), and after 21:00: add €5 per hour.

*Please note: If you book for 4 months or less (until the end of December or May) you have to pay a short-stay fee of 250€ for this landlord.
