Casa da Fonte is a residence in the center with five (5) rooms and one (1) bathroom, one of the rooms has a private bathroom. The house is oriented towards students and young cosmopolitans/professionals. Located in the center of Alameda and next to the Fonte Luminosa.

The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request.

The common area has a dining table with benches, a TV, reading material, and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and in the common area, as well as a telephone with free fixed calls in the lobby. The house is cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff.

The kitchen has two (2) refrigerators with freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.

This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, taking advantage of a Pingo Doce, mini-markets, CTT, bank branches, pastry shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, and banks.

It has a direct connection to the airport (Alameda metro station), as well as to the main train stations (Roma-Areeiro, Rossio, Oriente), either on foot, by metro, or by bus. In addition, there are also several bus stops with connections to all parts of the city.

Landlord’s General Rules:



- Checking in on holidays, weekends or on weekdays before 8 AM or after 6 PM have a fee of 34,99€

- All expenses are included in the monthly rent price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas) UP TO 40€/month, per room. In case this amount is exceeded, payment of the remaining amount must be made separately.

- Price for an additional tenant: + €50/month

- Cleaning Fee (1x/week): 49,99€/month

- Fridge inside the room (minimum 6 months): 14,99€/month



- The monthly rent should always be paid entirely. Even if the tenant enters the room on a day different than the 1st of the month, or leaves on a date different than the 30th of the month.

A Casa da Fonte é uma residência no centro com cinco (5) quartos e uma (1) casa de banho, sendo que um dos quartos tem casa de banho privativa. A casa está orientada para estudantes e jovens cosmopolitas/profissionais. Localizada no centro da Alameda e junto à Fonte Luminosa.

Os quartos estão mobilados com uma cama completa e conjunto de lençóis, edredão e almofada com capa, mesa de cabeceira com candeeiro, roupeiro, cómoda, secretária com banco e caixote do lixo. A televisão no quarto está disponível mediante pedido.

A área comum tem uma mesa de jantar com bancos, uma televisão, material de leitura e acesso ao estendal. Há Internet sem fios ilimitada em toda a casa, televisão por cabo em todos os quartos e na área comum, bem como um telefone com chamadas fixas gratuitas no átrio. A casa é limpa duas vezes por semana pela equipa de limpeza.

A cozinha tem dois (2) frigoríficos com congelador, fogão, forno, micro-ondas e está to.
