- The rent includes 35€ per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).

- The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities.

- The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement.

- Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner.

- All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid.

- Check-in times during business hours are free, any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge.

- We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.

- An Administrative Fee of 40€ and a Cleaning Fee of 60€ will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the contract. The Cleaning Fee covers the cleaning of the room before check-in and after check-out.
