Invoking the past, the old-fashioned way, integrated in the Manor House Museum, you can relive history, with comfort.

One large room with double bed and sofa-bed, interior old-fashioned kitchen, modern shower. Requeixo with Small Dam for baths, easy walking 300m, with tree shade and barbecue. And some delicious local codfish pastries. Other guest don’t cross and we don't rent when one space is booked (keeping it exclusive). Note: Swimming Pool is seasonal, from June to September (other months ask first). Private pool above ground. TV and fiber wifi internet*, Microwave. Enjoy and explore local Codcake Rural Trail! Note: We have an exterior fence for dogs if needed. Now with wooden floor. Can join "Rustic Little House", upgrading to 4+4 people occupation.

Value per month (Preference 3 or 6 months)
With Contract +28% per month for taxes. Without contract, receipt only.
Plus Deposit fee, equal to a month value, returned after 15 days, after cleaning/ full checkup and photos are done.
Plus 1 month's rent in advance, in addition to the rent paid to Spacest.com at the time of booking.
Cleaning Fees by budget, to be paid by guest.

For monthly renting not available on high season (June, July, August, September), or rent value has to be agreed.
This Period is for Holidays only. House to be freed before this period.

*Internet by tenant. You can subscribe a portable device or something similar.
If available, we may provide a rooter MEO 4G, but requires sim card, provided by tenant.
Usually costs around 3035 eur/30 days.

At this rural area car is preferable for moving.

Short stays housing tourism is more full of house content. For longer stays, house content is minimum, or starter, or to be agreed. Typically only large equipments are available. If small equipments get damaged, and already out of warranty, guest must replace it. Typically longer stays, guest must buy small house content and appliances.
