Located on the fourth floor, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, providing everything needed for a comfortable everyday life.With its cozy design and well-organized spaces, this apartment is perfect for those looking for a welcoming home close to cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and essential services, all just a short walk away. The nearest supermarket is about 3 minutes away on foot, and the closest bus stop is approximately 2 minutes away, offering easy access to public transport and the rest of Lisbon.This apartment has not included for each room a set of bed linens and a pilow. The bills are included up to 25 euros per person (per month). Cleaning fee of 35 euros per person (per month)
