An industrial landmark reimagined for contemporary living. At the centre of each home, a dramatic double-height living space is framed by expansive steel-framed glazing, drawing natural light deep into the interiors and creating a strong connection with the outdoors. Cement-finished walls and Microlime Plus flooring bring an understated material quality, balancing the building's industrial origins with warmth and texture.

A sculptural staircase rises to a mezzanine overlooking the living area, creating a flexible space for a library, studio or home office. The same level also houses a generous guest suite, offering a degree of privacy within the home's open-plan architecture.

Throughout the residences, the details have been carefully considered. Bespoke resin-coated doors, brushed stainless steel fittings, vitrified washbasins and seamless glass mirrors contribute to a restrained aesthetic in which craftsmanship, longevity and functionality take precedence.
