The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, providing flexibility for different types of guests. The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, and microwave, along with everything needed for everyday cooking and comfortable living. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and an additional guest bathroom, offering extra convenience and privacy during your stay.

Located in central Lisbon, the apartment provides easy access to the city's charming streets, local shops, cafés, restaurants, and public transport. Whether you are relocating, working remotely, or planning an extended stay, this apartment offers a comfortable and convenient base from which to experience everything Lisbon has to offer.

Additional Costs:
• Utilities: €160 per month, with additional charges applicable for any excess usage.
• Administrative fee: 10% of the rent amount.
• Deposit: Equivalent to 1 month's rent.

Cleaning & Linen Services:
• A mandatory final cleaning fee of €220 applies to all bookings.
• You may opt for a monthly cleaning service, including linen replacement, for an additional €100 per month.
• If you prefer not to include monthly cleaning, a member of our team will need to conduct a bimonthly property inspection. Please note that linens are not included with this option.
