Room for rent on Rua da Paz, right by Praça das Flores, in one of Lisbon's nicest and most central neighborhoods.

**The location**
- Praça das Flores just outside — a quiet, leafy square with a few good local cafés
- 5 min to Rato metro
- Walkable to Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Cais do Sodré
- Tram 28 runs right through the area

**What I'm looking for**
A flatmate — students, remote workers, freelancers, or people with regular jobs are all welcome. Really just looking for someone easygoing, respectful of shared space, and around for a decent stretch of time (not weekly turnover).

**The area, for context**
Good mix of everyday life and things to do — solid coffee shops nearby if you want to work outside the apartment sometimes, decent restaurants close by, and easy access to the rest of the city whenever you want it.
