Moradia independente à venda na Estrada do Bom Jesus

On this spaceouse flat plot we are constructing 2 identical modern stand alone single floor villas. It is rare to find a nice flat fully usable plot with unobstructed views over the valley and hills surrounding the landscape behind the Sao Martinho do Porto area.
The word Stunning does not even do justice to describe the views each villa will have over the valley. Ithe villas come with an optional rooftop to further enhance the vieuws of its surroundings.
Ideally located along the coast in between the famous Nazare and Bay of Sao Martinho do Porto. The closest beach is Praia Do Salgado just 2 minutes away by car and withing walking distance through a beatifull nature trail.
Being built just on the valley, South of the coastal ridge gives the villas shelter from the fresh North Westerly breeze while being fully exposed to the sun during almost the entire day with the living spaces and terraces facing South.
The villas are surrounded by mostly modern/new build homes ad gives a warm welcoming calm feel when you arrive there.
Plot sizes vary between 900 and 1100 square meters assuring privacy and leaving room for gardening, storage, the kids, grandkids or dogs to run around and enjoy. It also holds a semi covered parking space for 2 cars just behind the driveways accessed via the electric gates.
The plot offers lovely green views into the open valley. The garden and optional pool facing South deck fully assures sunlight on the terraces and pool area.
The location is very easily accessible, ideal for people who like to be close to the coastline as it is only a 5-minute drive to Sao Martinho Do Porto, just 10 min from Nazare and just 15 min away from the larger city Caldas Da Rainha. Lisbon airport is just 1 hour away.
We enter the 3-bedroom house from a covered entrance. Being a single floor villa, it makes it ideal for people having trouble walking stairs.
Entering the hallway, we will have a generous sized hall with plenty of space to place a wardrobe closet for storage, shoes, jackets etc. It is also the dividing line between the Master bedroom suite on the right and the rest of the house. The location of the master is ideal for some extra privacy within the home.

The other part consists of 2 more bedrooms using a shared Bathroom. Both with floor to ceiling build in closets. Also, you will find a spacious laundry-storage room. We have also added a guest toilet for visitors. This layout is ideal for visiting family members or the growing children to have some feel of privacy within the same home.

The other mayor living area consists of a cozy open space for living-dining-cooking. From this living space you have lots of direct sunlight due to the large sliding glass panels giving you direct access to the garden, terrace and if opted for, a pool deck.

For extra storage we have created a pantry behind the kitchen.
Each of the 3 bedrooms will have sliding glass panels accessing the garden with an abundance of daylight.
If opted for a swimming pool, we have designed a beautiful modern-looking pool to complement the style of the villa.
