Arrendamento de duplex na Travessa Nova de Santos, 18

Hello everyone!

Me and my girlfriend are traveling for 3 months (Dezember, January and February) and would like to rent our beautiful and cozy apartment to someone who needs and that will take good care of it

It’s in the neighborhood Estrela/ Santos, in a quiet street with dear old neighbors we are also very close to great bakeries, markets, restaurants, wine bars, gyms, yoga studio.

We are located 15minutues walking from the Time Out Market/ Cais do Sodré metro station, with many bus/tram stops just 2minutes walking. And train station Santos 5minutes walking.

We live in the 4th floor with a nice view, specially in the golden hour

There’s a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a spacefull living room with a big couch and TV, balcony, kitchen with everything you need, bathroom and a mezanino above which we use for office/yoga and also have extra space if you want to sleep there.

We think the place will be comfortable for a couple or maximum 2 people who are friends living together (once we have 1 bed in the bedroom and also a good mattress in the mezanino (which we use when we receive our family or friends)

There’s a wash machine/ dryer that you can use, and a heater if needed once it’s gonna be winter time!

✨we are asking for 1000€ monthly
+ 1 deposit - this is the normal price we pay monthly so we are asking for the same amount just so we don’t have to pay rent while we travel.

We are happy to send mor pictures/ videos and also to schedule a visit in or make a video call so we know each other!
