House prices in Portugal continue to increase, having grown by 6.5% over the past year, 2.5% over the past six months, and 2.9% over the past three months, according to the Knight Frank Global House Price Index. Brand new boutique resort in Comporta: 16 villas from 1.8 million euros
Named SAMA, a brand new boutique resort taking shape between Comporta and Melides. It is expected to be completed by summer 2025, situated within an area of over 86,000 square metres (m2), with construction managed by FCC Construcción and promoted by TAN Investments.
