The real estate company that features in "Million Dollar Beach House", Netflix's most watched non-scripted programme, will start operating in the Portuguese market. The agency called Nest Seekers International, and is one of the "world's fastest growing companies", dedicated to the high end, luxury and ultra-luxury property segment. It will open an office in Lisbon, "as a result of a growing demand from its clients and investors for property in Portugal".

"Nest Seekers is a leading international real estate company, with unique properties in its portfolio all over the world, and represents sophisticated and high purchasing power buyers and investors of the most varied nationalities", explains Nuno Franco, an agent from Nest Seekers Portugal, quoted in a statement.

Nest Seekers International is based in New York and London, and has 25 offices and 1,000 agents positioned globally. Manhattan, London, Palm Beach, Beverly Hills, Miami and Seoul are some of the locations where the company is currently present. "Portugal is a natural step in the expansion of the company that wants to be present in the most attractive places in the world," explained Nuno Franco.

He explains that "every aspect of Nest Seekers' business is conceptualised, designed and built entirely by specific departments, created for the purpose, within the company's own structure". He also explains that this "is positioned much more as a Communication and Marketing agency that sells high-end properties, than as a traditional real estate agency. This positioning and strategy allows us to create the market for each of the properties in our portfolio".

"Nest Seekers' strategic positioning on TV, streaming platforms, such as Netflix, and social media generates recognition, notoriety and brand awareness in aspirational or high purchasing power clients who identify with brands with a similar image and identity with the company", he says.

An example of this is the "Million Dollar Beach House" programme on Netflix, which accompanies the day-to-day running of the Nest Seekers agency in the exclusive Hamptons region of the US, and promotes the most exclusive properties in the region.
