Vilamoura Parque is the first real estate project of the new administration of Vilamoura World (VW) - now led by João Brion Sanches - to get off the drawing board. The project focuses on villas in the Algarve with private pools for sale: there are 40 luxury villas (30 with 2 bedrooms and 10 with 3 bedrooms). Prices start at 960,000 euros, with 20% of the properties (8 villas) already sold, VW reveals in a statement. The project should be completed and ready to deliver to customers in the first half of 2024.
"This new real estate project aims to meet the demand for luxury real estate in the Algarve, aimed at a demanding client, who chooses Vilamoura to reside, spend holidays and invest," the company adds, stressing that the 40 villas "benefit from a privileged location", being close to Vilamoura marina, golf courses and tennis courts, among other points of interest.
For Miguel Palmeiro, VW's commercial director, the Vilamoura Parque condominium is "the last opportunity to acquire a new house in the heart of Vilamoura. Vilamoura has enormous potential and we believe that people should be at the centre of the real estate projects we develop. Therefore, rather than aiming to be a major property developer, we intend to offer the ideal solutions for demanding clients," he adds.
According to the press release, each villa in this exclusive private development will have en-suite bedrooms, a garden and private pool, as well as a box garage with direct access to the interior of the villas.
