At issue is a partnership between Forbes Global Properties in Portugal and Quinta do Lago Real Estate, a real estate agency owned by the developers of the Quinta do Lago luxury resort .
Forbes Global Properties, remember, expanded its international presence to Portugal at the beginning of this year through Modern, a real estate agency focused on advisory services for individuals and real estate developers in the luxury residential segment.
