This new "phase" of Lisbon’s luxury property market bears the hallmark of the renowned Savoy Signature hotel brand, paired with an excellent location and contemporary architecture. It is a branded residences project comprising 59 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026.
Designed by Frederico Valsassina Arquitectos, the interiors of these apartments exude elegance and functionality, featuring sophisticated interiors and high-end finishes, alongside an architecture that emphasises natural light.
João Cília, CEO of Porta da Frente Christie’s, which is marketing the development, describes it as “a distinctive project that meets a new demand in the luxury property market, where clients value both the product and the integrated services.”
He adds in a statement that “Lisbon is becoming a hub for international brands, and this launch is a reflection of that.”
