Cristiano Ronaldo’s luxury mansion in Quinta da Marinha, Cascais, is now ready to move into—but it has cost far more than initially reported. Originally estimated at around £17 million (€19.7 million), the property is now believed to have reached £30 million (€35 million), following a construction period of more than three years. The estate is considered one of the most exclusive and expensive residential properties in Portugal.

Situated in a prestigious coastal area roughly 50 kilometres from Lisbon, the mansion boasts eight bedrooms, a private beach, and an infinity pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. One of the most striking features is a massive glass swimming pool, complete with an underwater walkway that allows swimmers to be observed from below—a unique design element that showcases the property’s luxury.

Inside, the home includes a private cinema, lavish living areas, and state-of-the-art finishes, all designed to maximise comfort and privacy. An underground garage has been built specifically to house Ronaldo’s car collection, valued at approximately £12 million (€14 million). The property reflects not only the footballer’s global status but also his continued investment in Portugal’s luxury real estate market.

Currently playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, Ronaldo is expected to settle permanently in the mansion once he retires from professional football, potentially after the 2026 World Cup, enjoying a home that combines seaside splendour, cutting-edge design, and complete privacy.
