The renovation of buildings at numbers 33 to 37 on Rua das Farinhas, on Lisbon’s Castle Hill, has resulted in a new residential development: Hillside View. It comprises four three-bedroom apartments, two duplexes and two arranged over a single floor.
With private areas of 126, 154 and 201 square metres, these apartments have been designed to provide privacy in the heart of historic Lisbon, with prices ranging between €1.13 million and €1.99 million. The homes have spacious balconies and terraces, along with panoramic views over the capital. The ground-floor unit also includes a private garden and swimming pool.
Inside, there is particular attention to the careful selection of materials, equipment and finishes, selected to create contemporary living spaces. Hillside View has just been launched onto the market. It is being promoted by UPI Portugal and exclusively marketed by Athena Advisers.
