For the preparation of this study, idealista has analysed the average absolute price of apartments, houses and villas advertised on the same street. To avoid distortions in the data, only streets with a minimum of 10 property listings have been considered, also eliminating duplicated properties. This study only reveals the average price of the street, which does not mean that these are the most expensive properties in each market.
