Aurios is a residential development that combines luxury and modernity, taking shape on the banks of the Douro River in Porto.

Called Casas do Sal, this "innovative" real estate project will be located in the "region known as Comporta Inland" and will feature 23 modern and sophisticated townhouses, "designed to offer a unique residential experience, using high-quality materials with a practical and stylish design," according to a statement from HomeLovers.

Another luxury private condominium in the Algarve has just come off the drawing board. Built in a prestigious area of the region, Vilamoura, very close to the Marina, this new development will be divided into two buildings, totalling 53 residential units.

Portugal's hottest new property development, Casal de Passos - Condomínio Foz do Douro, is the latest housing project in this exclusive area of Porto. It is home to 10 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms (T2, T3 and T4) and two 5 bedroom villas with swimming pools and private patios.

A new residential development is being created in Lisbon, just a stone's throw from Avenida da Liberdade, scheduled for completion next August. It's called Telhal 72 Liberdade and it's an urban rehabilitation project consisting of 16 apartments, spread over six floors.
